About the Role
The Starbucks Apprentice Program provides on-the-job training to freshers, helping them develop customer service, communication, teamwork, and retail operations skills while working in a professional café environment.
Basic Qualifications
12th Pass/Diploma for 6-month apprenticeship
Any Graduate for 12-month apprenticeship
No prior experience required
Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications

Responsibilities
Deliver excellent customer service
Prepare beverages and food as per Starbucks standards
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the store

Support new partner training when required
Maintain cash handling and store operations
