Basic Qualifications

Responsibilities
Transcribe recorded medical dictations into reports
Edit and proofread transcribed documents
Translate medical abbreviations into understandable language
Maintain patient confidentiality
Use medical dictionaries and transcription software
Clarify dictation with healthcare providers when required
Ensure accuracy and timely completion of reports
