About the Role
Nova Technologies is looking for a Civil Engineering Fresher/Civil Engineer Trainee to join its engineering and project execution team. The role provides an opportunity to gain practical experience in design, planning, site execution, quality monitoring and project coordination across residential, commercial or infrastructure projects.
Basic Qualifications
- 0–1 years of experience
- Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Basic understanding of civil engineering fundamentals
- Knowledge of construction materials and structural behavior
- Ability to read technical drawings, plans and specifications
- Basic knowledge of surveying and leveling
- Willingness to work on-site or travel as required
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with AutoCAD
- Familiarity with Revit
- Familiarity with STAAD Pro
- Knowledge of IS codes
- Knowledge of construction quality standards
- Basic project management knowledge
Responsibilities
- Assist in structural and architectural design activities
- Support site inspections, surveys and measurements
- Prepare estimates, BOQs and technical specifications
- Assist with construction planning and scheduling
- Monitor and document site activities
- Monitor work progress and quality standards
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors and project teams
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and building codes
- Prepare technical reports and project documentation
- Provide project progress updates
