About the Role
The Process Associate will support customer operations in the Healthcare domain by providing customer service through voice, email, and chat channels. The role involves resolving customer queries, maintaining accurate customer information, following process and quality standards, and contributing to operational efficiency.
Basic Qualifications
- Arts & Science graduates only.
- 2025 or 2026 pass-out batch.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Arts & Science disciplines.
- Strong communication skills.
- Willingness to work in US shifts.
- Basic computer proficiency.
