About the Role
Nova Technologies is looking for motivated Electrical Engineering freshers who want to start their careers in core electrical domains. The role provides hands-on exposure to electrical system design, development, project execution, equipment installation, testing and troubleshooting.
Basic Qualifications
- 0–1 years of experience
- B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering
- Strong academic background
- Basic understanding of electrical engineering concepts
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and work in a hands-on engineering environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Internship experience in core electrical domains
- Academic project experience in electrical engineering
- Basic knowledge of electrical tools
- Knowledge of electrical circuits
- Knowledge of control systems
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD
Responsibilities
- Assist in designing, developing and implementing electrical systems and components
- Support preparation of electrical drawings and layouts
- Prepare project-related electrical documentation
- Perform basic electrical calculations and testing under supervision
- Assist with troubleshooting electrical systems
- Support senior engineers during on-site project execution
- Assist with equipment installation
- Coordinate with vendors, clients and cross-functional teams
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety requirements and applicable codes
- Prepare technical reports, daily progress logs and inspection documentation
