About the Role
The Apprentice – Data Ops Engineer will work with the Data Engineering team to analyze healthcare data, troubleshoot data issues, automate processes, and support customer success while gaining hands-on experience in data operations.
Basic Qualifications
B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or a related field.
2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, or 2023 graduating batch.
Available for a minimum one-year apprenticeship.
Basic understanding of data modeling concepts.
Basic knowledge of SQL.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of Python libraries such as NumPy, SciPy, and Scikit-Learn.
Familiarity with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Sisense.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and learn quickly.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot data issues across multiple customers.
Analyze and resolve analytics and product-related tickets.
Perform L1/L2 debugging for critical issues.
Identify automation opportunities in existing processes.
Work with scheduling jobs and scripts.
Maintain documentation and version control.
Manage handover processes with team leads.
Handle Jira tickets and monitor SLA compliance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues.
