About the Role
The HR Intern will support the recruitment team by handling candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, report preparation, and other HR-related activities. The role provides practical exposure to talent acquisition and HR operations.
Basic Qualifications
Any Graduate
MBA in Human Resource Management (2024–2025)
Available for a full-time, in-office internship
Able to join immediately
Willing to complete the 3-month internship
Preferred Qualifications
Strong spoken English and Hindi communication skills
Good written English skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
Interest in HR and Recruitment

Responsibilities
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
Coordinate interview schedules
Communicate and follow up with candidates
Prepare recruitment reports using MS Excel
Assist the HR team with recruitment activities
