About the Role
GE HealthCare is hiring Graduate Engineer Trainees for its Bangalore facility as part of its off campus drive for the 2025/2026 graduating batch. Selected candidates will support post market surveillance and complaint handling activities for GE HealthCare’s medical equipment, working closely with hospitals, service teams, and customers.
Basic Qualifications
• B.E/B.Tech in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering
• Graduated or graduating in 2025/2026 with a minimum CGPA of 7.0 or aggregate of 70%
• No standing backlogs at the time of application
• Good written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Sound subject matter knowledge of Electronics, Electrical, and Mechanical engineering fundamentals
• Academic project or internship exposure to medical devices, quality, or customer support functions
Responsibilities
• Support Post Market Surveillance and complaint handling activities for GE HealthCare products
• Review and process customer complaints received from hospitals and healthcare facilities
• Assist with quote generation and data entry support
• Provide customer service support and route leads to the relevant internal teams
Required Skills
• Strong subject matter knowledge across Electronics, Electrical, and Mechanical engineering
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Comfort working with data entry and documentation tools
Preferred Skills
• Familiarity with customer complaint handling or quality processes
• Basic understanding of medical device servicing or hospital equipment workflows
