About the Role
The Junior Management Trainee will support business operations by analyzing data, improving processes, preparing reports, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and presenting insights to management while developing leadership and management skills.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 60% or 6.00 CGPA.
Currently enrolled in a two-year full-time MBA program in Business Management or a related field.
Passing batch: 2026.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Willingness to work at any Hexaware office location across India.
Preferred Qualifications
Leadership experience in college events, sports, or internships.
Knowledge of Lean or Agile methodologies.
Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to multitask and adapt quickly.
Team collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
Compile and analyze business data.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance dashboards.
Identify workflow bottlenecks and suggest process improvements.
Coordinate between management and junior staff.
Convert raw data into actionable insights.
Prepare and deliver presentations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Support business operations and assigned projects.
