About the Role
BDO India is hiring Chartered Accountant (CA) Freshers for its Technology Risk Advisory (TRA) team. The role involves IT audits, technology risk assessments, internal controls, compliance reviews, SOX audits, and process improvement engagements while working with domestic and multinational clients.
Basic Qualifications
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
Strong academic background
Basic understanding of IT General Controls (ITGC), Internal Controls, Risk Management, and IT Audit
Good analytical and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Willingness to travel when required
Preferred Qualifications
Articleship experience in Technology Risk Advisory
Exposure to Internal Audit or Statutory Audit
Knowledge of SOX 404, SOC 1, and SOC 2 engagements
Experience with process documentation and risk assessments
Responsibilities
Support Technology Risk Advisory engagements
Perform ITGC and ITAC testing
Participate in risk assessments and process reviews
Assist in SOP reviews and documentation
Support SOX 404 and SOC audit engagements
Prepare audit workpapers, RCMs, and client deliverables
Identify control gaps and recommend improvements
Collaborate with clients and internal teams
Support knowledge-sharing and internal initiatives
