About the Role
The Product Manager – Systems Trainee will work with product leaders, engineering teams, customers, and marketing teams to build AI-powered accelerator platforms, enterprise products, and innovative solutions. The role involves product strategy, customer research, market analysis, and product roadmap support.
Basic Qualifications
MBA completed from a reputed business school.
MBA graduation year: 2025 or 2026.
Specialization in IT Management, Information Systems Management, Technology Management, Digital Transformation, or Analytics.
Strong interest in AI-powered products and technology solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
AI course certifications, especially Generative AI.
Understanding of GenAI concepts like RAG, Agentic AI, and MCP.
Knowledge of product management practices.
Understanding of enterprise products and technology platforms.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Responsibilities
Support product leaders in defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
Conduct customer research to understand needs, pain points, and use cases.
Maintain and manage product backlog.
Collaborate with engineering teams to develop AI-powered products.
Perform market and competitor analysis.
Support product positioning with the marketing team.
Work on enterprise solutions and accelerator platforms.
