About the Role
Infosys BPM is hiring fresh graduates for the Process Executive – Voice role. The candidate will handle customer interactions, voice processes, data entry activities, and support operations related to the Income Tax process while working from the Mysore office.
Basic Qualifications
B.Com / BBA / BBM graduates only.
Graduation batches: 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025.
Minimum 15 years of full-time education required.
Basic computer knowledge.
Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
Candidates must have all semester results declared.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of additional languages like Telugu or Tamil.
Good English grammar and fluency.
Customer service experience is an advantage.
Good website research and navigation skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
Responsibilities
Handle customer interactions through voice and non-voice channels.
Provide professional and courteous customer support.
Manage inbound and outbound calls.
Follow process guidelines and scripts.
Perform data entry and maintain accuracy.
Research and interpret information from websites.
