About the Role
Crisil is hiring economic analyst roles in Pune.
- Assist S&P Economists with the preparation of regular and thematic research reports.
- Develop and maintain macroeconomic databases utilizing primary, secondary, and third-party data sources.
Basic Qualifications
Any Graduate can apply.
Freshers and candidates with 0–1 years of experience can apply.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
Strong customer handling skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in customer service or sales roles.
Experience in call center / BPO environment.
Knowledge of CRM systems.
Understanding of sales and upselling techniques.
Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls from US customers professionally.
Understand customer requirements and provide accurate solutions.
Promote and sell products/services through upselling opportunities.
