About the Role
Arka Defence is hiring an Embedded Software Developer to design, develop, and maintain embedded software for microcontroller-based systems. The role involves firmware development, debugging, hardware-software integration, and working on real-time embedded applications.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in C/C++ programming.
Knowledge of microcontrollers such as ARM, AVR, or PIC.
Understanding of embedded operating systems or RTOS concepts.
Familiarity with communication protocols like UART, SPI, I2C, and CAN.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Embedded Linux.
Knowledge of firmware and device driver development.
Experience using Git or other version control systems.
Experience in IoT, automotive, or consumer electronics.
Knowledge of power optimization techniques.
Responsibilities
Design and develop embedded software.
Write efficient and maintainable C/C++ code.
Integrate software with hardware systems.
Debug hardware and software issues.
Develop real-time applications and low-level drivers.
Conduct testing, validation, and code reviews.
