About the Role
Firstsource is hiring freshers for the role of Revenue Cycle Billing Specialist (AR Caller) in its US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team. Selected candidates will receive comprehensive training in medical billing, AR calling, and healthcare processes while working with international clients.
Basic Qualifications
Any undergraduate degree (excluding B.E./B.Tech and PG candidates)
Good verbal and written English communication skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Willingness to work in US night shifts
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of US Healthcare or Medical Billing
Understanding of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
Familiarity with AR Calling or Voice Process
Good customer handling skills
Responsibilities
Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) calling for US healthcare clients
Follow up on insurance claims and payment status
Resolve billing-related issues through calls
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Ensure timely claim processing and collections
Follow company policies and quality standards
Coordinate with internal teams for claim resolution
