About the Role
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is hiring Embedded Developers with expertise in C, C++, Linux, and Embedded Systems. The role involves developing embedded software, working on device drivers, firmware, multimedia, BSP, IoT, and collaborating on advanced embedded technologies across multiple domains.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline
4–8 years of experience in Embedded Systems
Strong programming skills in C and C++
Experience with Linux and Embedded Linux
Good analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Bluetooth, IoT, DSP, BSP, Firmware, RF, Camera, Audio, Graphics, GStreamer, CODEC, or DDR
Knowledge of Android, QNX, or other RTOS
Experience in device driver development
Experience in camera driver or pipelining design
Responsibilities
Develop embedded software using C and C++
Design and maintain embedded Linux applications
Develop firmware and BSP components
Work on multimedia, Bluetooth, IoT, and embedded device solutions
Develop and optimize device drivers
Debug and troubleshoot embedded software issues
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams
Deliver high-quality embedded software solutions
