About the Role
The selected candidates will work as Service Desk Associates, providing technical support to clients by troubleshooting hardware and software issues, resolving IT problems, and ensuring the smooth functioning of computer systems and IT services.
Basic Qualifications
Graduating in 2025 or 2026 from a 3-year full-time UG degree.
Minimum 50% marks in X, XII, Diploma, and UG.
No standing arrears.
Students pursuing full-time PG courses are not eligible.
Willing to work in shifts.
Willing to work from any Cognizant office location in India.
Open to Indian Nationals/OCIs residing in India.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Basic technical knowledge.

Ability to work with diverse teams.
Responsibilities
Provide first-level IT support to end users.
Log, track, and resolve Service Desk tickets.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
Escalate complex technical issues to internal IT teams.
Create and maintain knowledge base articles.
Ensure smooth functioning of IT systems and services.
